It's raining ... Baby Shower

Helen is having a baby (at the moment we call it Tyrone) So in order to celebrate Helen and her imminent Tyrone, a Shower was held today.
Baby Showers are only just starting to catch on, usually someone in the friendship group is American or has spent time out in the States. But I can't see how they can be considered a bad thing. It's a chance to catch up with the girls, eat cupcakes, drink champagne and celebrate the mum to be before the baby comes along and all the attention shifts.
If you are really lucky they also gives you the chance to play around with Apple's iSight - addictive!
PS. If Helen, Libby and I ever decide to form a girl band this could well be the cover of the first album...
