Bistrothequeis one of my very very favourite spots in London.
Hidden away, unmarked in a dodgy-looking alley on the out-skirts of Bethnal Green, Bistrotheque always provides a great night out. Whether you want dinner, freshly made cocktails or a laugh at their cabaret. This winter they will be hosting a pop-up restaurant in the oh-so-refined Royal Academy in Mayfair. You just know that it will be fantastic.
It opens in November and closes in January 2009.
They are accepting online reservations.
They say that most tables will be either for 2 or 4 people with a couple for 6.
This will be the coolest restaurant experience of the year, so try and get a table now while you can!
My advice:
Book Flash now!
If I am not wrong, are these like the theme-restaurants? Where you enjoy a show while they serve you food & drinks. Because when I was in Melbourne, I had visited a similar place called Draculas on my b'day last year, they do some really amazing shows. It was more like a comedy cabaret and they know how to make you a part of it too!

Not exactly - Bistroque in Bethnal Green in the East End of London is in an old warehouse. There is a section which is a (very cool) bar, a mini-cabaret stage and upstairs is the restaurant. If you are in London try and get a reservation.
The "pop-up" concept restaurant is an interesting one. The Royal Academy is such the opposite extreme to Bethnal Green. I am fascinated to see how these two very different brands collide and work together.

I'm a big fan of the Bistroteque as well. Their steak tartare is something else. Thanks for the tip off.
They did a pop up restaurant called The Reindeer on Brick Lane last year, or the year before I can't remember. I had a very nice christmas dinner there in the snow under a fur tree.

Look forward to seeing what Flash is like.
