I think it reflects that despite all the fanfare around digital campaigns the traditional TV and print media are still the lions share of companies marketings budgets. At senior levels, the more money you handle the more you make.

Pathetic... I live in Argentina... I work as analyst research in one of the two most important media agency of the country, with 4 years experience and my salary is between 500 and 600 u$s per month... It is depressing...
