Excellent. There was a piece on emarketer the other day about how a lot of firms say they plan to start blogging but it largely remains a matter of intent not reality...

Most kind, thank-you. I wonder how often that has actually happened?

that's symptomatic of most companies, no? lots of intentions and never do anything. besides, i dont think people are interested in CEO blogs. most organisations have far more interesting people than that you could talk to.

so, does anyone know of any good CEO or corporate blogs? i checked out 60secview and innocent but think both are different to most corporates (one being a PR agency and another very much about their founders).

Sidekick, the "famous" ones are the GM blog and the Sun Mircosystems blog. Both of which are written up in Naked Conversations, but have not been on them for a long time and they were not really in the field that I was interested in to be honest.

This cartoon is very true from an agency point of view and for client blogs! Still way too much fear of adding a blog strand to an integrated client campaign though. The agnency know they are a great easy tool, the client often need more convincing and often rejects the notion in fear.
